I've been thinking....

After watching the movie Interstellar,
what if satellite work is somehow connected to instant stealth communication?
Like the radio set, but on a grander style.
Or, and here is a stretch, what if satellites could be used for...........
Gravity propulsion?

In a lifter the charges are equal but the masses are different.

So when the two balanced opposite charged electrodes (opposites attract!) try to move towards each other, because the masses are out of balance the inertias are out of balance, so in a system where the masses are held at a constant distance apart the aggregate movemint has to be in the direction of the electrode with the least mass.

The maximum value of the force obtained is connected directly to the charge difference. The charge difference is maybe a function of the potential difference and the size difference of the electrodes.
