Complex Type.

Postby fruitbat » Sun Apr 02, 2017 10:51 pm

Today I flew my first "complex type".
Finally I got to use an undercarriage lever for real, and not when fixing/testing someone's undercart.
I feel ridiculously pleased with myself.
Going solo, felt nothing. Achieving pilot certification, Still nothing. Today, I finally feel like a damn pilot!

Who knew?

yahoo.com brought him out of the cave:

Science Yahoo News UK
Fruit bat that looks uncannily like Star Wars Jedi Master Yoda is officially recognised as new species

Enjoy the official recognition, Fruitbat.

I've been thinking...

Over on the hut, a while back Luis posted about some experimentation by some chaps at ciba geigy, where it is alledged that if you germinate seeds in an environment featuring a high voltage gradient, they revert to an earlier genotype.

It occurred to me last week, that could provide an answer to the fears some hold as regards genetically modified crops.
Maybe you can simply take your monsanto supercorn(tm) seeds, and germinate them in the appropriate high voltage environment to un-modify them?
